1. TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins on August 21st, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (EST) and ends on October 31st, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: Saucy Brew Works Undisputed Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of fifty (50) United States. Employees of Saucy Brew Works, LLC and Saucy Brew Works Management, LLC, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth including voluntary submission of entrant’s legal first and last name and email address.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter.

(i) ONLINE SUBMISSION: To participate, you will need internet access to visit “https://www.saucybrewworks.com/undisputed-giveaway” or scan the QR code on promotional materials to access the submission form. Complete the form on the associated webpage and submit the form for official entry.

(ii) WRITE-IN: To enter my mail, legibly handwrite your complete first and last name, email address and mail a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, with proper postage to: Saucy Brew Works Undisputed Sweepstakes, 2885 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113. All write-in entries must be postmarked by October 31st, 2024 and received by November 7th, 2024. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.

4. DRAWING/ODDS: On or about November 8th, 2024, a potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor Representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. PRIZE: One (1) grand prize will be awarded, consisting of One (1) Riddell Ohio State Buckeyes Silver Replica Speed Full Size Football Helmet signed by Urban Meyer.

6. NOTIFICATION/CLAIM: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by the Sponsor by email on or about November 8th, 2024 (the “Notification”). The Grand Prize winner must respond to the Notification within 7 days of the Sponsor’s first Notification. In the event the Potential Prize Winner fails to respond to the Notification within 7 days of the Sponsor’s first Notification to the potential winner or if it is determined by Sponsor, in their sole discretion, that a potential Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, an alternate Prize Winner will be selected at random from among the remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Notice. Please review the Sponsor’s Privacy Notice at https://www.saucybrewworks.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Notice.
