ZUP
From starting off recording songs in his parents basement at the age of fourteen, to winning awards for producing music for local hip-hop artists in Cleveland, Ohio, getting played on local radio, selling out venues, and winning Scene Magazine’s “Best Local Album of 2023” for his new album “For Me”… ZuPs love for music is evident.
Inspired by a range of different genres and sounds, ZuP doesn’t like to pigeonhole himself into any one category when it comes to his music. Using inspiration from his life and people around him, his main goal is to write songs that will tap into the listener’s emotions and connect on a deeper level.

THE ART OF BREWING
We sat down with our Chief Brewing Officer, Eric Anderson, to get his insight on how he merged two art forms into one flavor packed brew.
“We sit down and the first thing ZuP says is, “I’m going to annoy your marketing department, I love to promote!” So I knew this collab was going to be ripe right from the rip! I’d been listening to his tracks on Spotify and love the fresh beats meets Snoop, meets Sublime vibes ZuP produces. Over a couple beers chatting music and libations we quickly landed on a summer crusher – Blueberry wheat. Something that would pair perfectly with the beach theme. Our idea sesh also included how we both focus on being present, in the moment. This was the theme for his newest single that we’re celebrating with this beer – Phones at the Beach! Too bad we hadn’t collaborated earlier, we could have made some hot dog water beer for his banging track, Glizzies!

DESIGN + AESTHETICS
Life’s distractions trap us all. It’s a challenge to embrace the present moment when our phones endlessly feed us content. Everywhere we look, people are lost in their screens—walking down the street, driving (yikes!), and even at the beach. Why escape to paradise if we’re tethered to the virtual world? This label serves as a reminder to abandon our phones and savor the here and now.
Recently, ZuP took a long-awaited beach vacation. As he soaked in the sun and listened to the waves crashing, he noticed almost everyone around him was buried in their phones. Despite being surrounded by the wonders of nature, they were captivated by screens. It’s easy to overlook life’s wonders when we’re numbed by constant stimulation.
The label focuses on the spot where a person has settled on the beach. It transports us to the sand where they’ve thrown down their towel, phone and accessories to enjoy the ocean. What would you do if your phone were left behind? Whether it’s your first time or one of many, remember to stop and live in the moment.
